Just returned home from this amazing vacation! This was by far our favorite rental! This house has it all! All the necessities and then some! Plenty of cookware, utensils, even spices! Well equipped with cleaning supplies and extra toiletries. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaking in the sound. Ohhhh and the sunsets! Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to return next year! Also the well stocked beach accessory made trips to the beach super easy and fun!

From the house, the location, the communication from Heather the list can go on about how wonderful everything was. When we arrived the welcome package was a great surprise. The area was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and beaches. My family enjoyed the pool tge most. The house comes furnished with everything needed including plenty of beach towels and spices. We couldn't have asked for more.

LOCATION! VIEW! LOCATION! VIEW! LOCATION! VIEW! The VIEW and the SUNSETS were HEAVENLY!! Very convenient to everything!! Some issues with the 80” tv in the Primary bedroom despite doing everything the owner suggested. The owner was VERY RESPONSIVE and easy to work with. A TON of stairs…BUT got our workout in between those and the pool. Having a lift to put your luggage on was great! The pool was so relaxing and wonderful to have especially with the heat index. There is no better view!! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen as well. Check in/out process very simple. Will most DEFINITELY stay again! Thank you for a GREAT STAY!!

The family and I had a great stay. The pool was great and the deck by the water was very relaxing. The view was amazing. The house was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. The closest grocery store was just a quick ride down the road. Thanks for the stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much at this home. A very versatile house having the pool, its own little sandbar hang out right on the water. It has a large front yard where we were able to play outside with multiple spots in the shade. Also it was one of the only houses with a paved driveway to ride bikes for kids. The perfect house for little ones to enjoy a little bit of everything. Adults too!

We loved staying here, Everything about it was just gorgeous! From the views to the inside of the home!! The calm of the sound-side views makes it feel like you’re in your own peaceful paradise. It’s in a great location with many restaurants and shops near by and close enough to the ferry if you want to take a day trip to Ocracoke. The neighbors next to the home were super friendly and made us feel welcome there, even though their house is not a vacation home. The host, Heather, was great as well. Super nice and accommodating and was very responsive if I had a question. The only thing I can recommend is a couple of spatulas for the kitchen, for making eggs and such. Kitchen was very well stocked so you really don’t need to bring anything, not even spices! Also, the nails on the top deck need to be hammered down, there were a lot sticking out that a few of us cut our toes on, but that’s an easy fix. Highly recommend this house if you want a nice relaxing vacation!
