The living areas both have a flat screen smart TV with full sound system (with Bluetooth) and an expansive DVD movie collection. Solid surface counters, new appliances, and pots and pans are all quality and will allow you to prepare any meal with ease. There is good cell signal at the house. Main Level features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining area. This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a clean Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has central heat and AC and a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request.
