The two main bedrooms and full baths are located on this level. The main level also includes a gated wrap-around deck, a gas grill, and comfortable rocking chairs to take in the mountain views. The washer/dryer are located on the main level.brA spiral staircase takes you down to the lower level ‘lodge’. This floor offers a second gas fireplace and smart television, a bar with a fridge, and cozy couches. The bedroom with the bunk beds and third full bath are located on the lower level. A sliding glass door walks out to a heavenly swing bench with a captivating view of the mountains. brThe cabin offers free high-speed wi-fi/internet, wi-fi calling, linens and towels, washer/dryer, two gas fire places, outdoor gas grill, outdoor bench swing and rocking chairs. Connestee Falls clubhouse access, pool, lake, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball and hiking are included at no additional fee. Golf and wellness center usage require additional fees. brThe cabin is located within minutes of DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Caesar’s Head State Park, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. A 15 minute drive down the mountain will land you in charming Downtown Brevard— filled with restaurants, shops and more. Cook your five star dinners on the gas range, and bake your grandma's famous muffins in the morning! There are multiple ways to stay caffeinated: a french press, as well as a coffee maker are available. Whole coffee beans are also provided, and there is an electric coffee grinder for the freshest of brews. The fridge does have an ice maker for those frozen margs in the summer. You'll find a blender to help with those, too. Slow-cooking a pot of chili for post-hiking dinner There's a Crockpot for that. Need to store the leftovers A nice stack of Tupperware is at your disposal. You'll also have aluminum foil, ziplocs, and some plastic wrap. Salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, and a variety of spices are also stocked. We tried to think of everything, so if we missed a necessity, feel free to let us know :)brbr||| Parking |||brThere's an oversized one car garage, and roughly four spaces outside in the driveway. The garage door is wide enough for practically any vehicle made; you may want to check the height before driving in if you're in a taller vehicle, though. There is ample storage space for bikes, and any other outdoor gear you bring with you.brbr||| Washer/Dryer |||brA washer and dryer are available for your use.brbrIII Pets IIIbrWe do allow dogs. If you are bringing a dog (2 maximum per stay), please let us know prior to booking. There is a $150 nonrefundable pet fee if you bring your furry best friend.brbrPet rules are pretty basic. If they have an accident, clean it up. Don't let your dog on our furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him. If you didn't bring a crate, we have one in the garage you're welcome to use. If you do leave your dog unattended and he disturbs the neighbors, we'll warn you one time; after that, you'll be asked to leave.
