Perfect property to stay at in Brevard!

Perfect location and set-up for a couple exploring Brevard and nearby towns. Easy access to the best hiking spots and close to shops/dinner options too.

Great house very clean and everything we needed. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. If you like live music you can also walk to 185 King Street.

This is a lovely house, true to the photos and truly close to town. Brevard is a cute little town and we had no trouble finding places to eat and shops to stroll through. My daughter and I had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We came to Brevard for some hiking and rock climbing. We were glad to have a washer and dryer for our dirty clothes, a well stocked kitchen for coffee and lunch making, and a cute porch to sit on in the evening. The beds were comfortable for us and we had plenty of sitting space. I would recommend this VRBO to friends!

Book Bracken Bungalow! Our stay was delightful. The home is so clean and cozy with everything we needed. The location can't be beat. We hope to be back in the future to continue exploring Brevard.

Bracken Bungalow was the perfect little getaway to a perfect little town. Beautiful home that fit all our needs. Owners are very thoughtful to the needs of renters. The sheets and towels that are provided make it a hassle free stay. We love a front porch to have coffee on in the mornings and end our evenings. Close to beautiful scenic hikes with gorgeous waterfalls and a fun downtown. Many local breweries close by. It was exciting to see our first white squirrel too! Definitely a welcoming home we will return to!

The house is amazing, clean and close to downtown as well as the art district. Beautiful town with friendly people and atmosphere. The neighbors are extremely friendly and safe. Can’t say enough about the town and the property. Will stay there again if available.

The house is beautiful, and just as pictured! You have absolutely everything you need for your stay. The location is walking and driving distance to so many local attractions. Lisa went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in her home. She was available to answer any questions, and to make excellent recommendations for restaurants, etc. when needed. The house was perfect for our sibling reunion

We loved staying at Bracken Bungalow!It is a cute Arts and Crafts home that has been renovated and has a lot of local art in it. The location was perfect. Very close to downtown and the Brevard Music Center. It was very clean and comfortable. And we saw a White Squirrel across the street!

My son was attending the Brevard Music Center for the Blue Ridge Guitar Camp and I worked while he was in classes and sessions. It was such a treat to have to have the front and back screen doors open to hear the wind chimes and feel the breeze coming through. The immediate neighbors live there full time and are friendly. It's a quick drive to hiking and waterfalls and wonderful places to dine. I am grateful to have a beautiful and comfortable place to visit.

Clean, well stocked, beautiful space to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. Easy walk to downtown and campus. Lovely setting with plenty of room to spread out. Host was communicative and friendly. Would highly recommend!
