Deluxe Downtown Bungalow - fenced in yard, pet friendly.

Lovely , comfortable home.

We can’t wait to return to The Red Bungalow! House is as charming as it appears in photos. So comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s also in a great location, walkable to downtown Brevard’s shops and restaurants and also just down the street to the bike trail. Also 5 minute drive to Brevard Music Center where we enjoyed an afternoon concert. Can’t recommend this place more!

The Red Bungalow is an excellent choice when staying in Brevard. The hosts are extremely responsive; the location is great, walkable to both downtown and the lumberyard (do yourself a favor and get coffee/ice cream from the airstream located just up the street in The Yard); and the place is spacious, really well-stocked, and absolutely immaculate. The only thing that could have made it better, and this is just personal preference, is a slightly less firm mattress. Still, this home is wonderful.

Great cottage style home with a fantastic primary suite. Loved the front porch and the kitchen was amazing. An easy walk to downtown and the Lumber District. Even saw a few white squirrels while out on the front porch :).

Beautiful house in a great location within walking distance to lots of fun places. I would buy this place if I could and move in permanently. It is perfect!

This was undoubtedly the best Vrbo I have ever stayed in. It was clean, well apportioned, comfortable and in a great location. Gareth was quick to answer questions and was polite and courteous. I'll definitely be staying there again!

Absolutely perfect. Such a gorgeous home and the owners could not not been more phenomenal.

The Red Bungalow was a great place to spend a few days or more in Brevard. The open floor plan was inviting and the kitchen was very roomy and perfect to cook and serve a meal if necessary. The bathrooms were both modern and spacious as well as the bedrooms.

Check-in was easy.House - beautiful bungalow, equipped with all comforts of home. Fenced in yard for pooches and walkable to downtown. The neighborhood was great with local businesses within a block. Highly recommend.

Charm and comfort of house

This historic site was impecable, beautifully remodeled and extraordinarily well equiped and purrfect for a pet. The host was always available to offer help. The location is central to all resorces. We'll unquestionably return.

Great house right in the center of Brevard. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, live music, shops, breweries, coffe shops. 5-10 minute drive to numerous hiking and biking trails. Very comfortable, well furnished, great condition. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend - looks just as good as, if not better than, the pictures.

We came to Brevard to do some clean up to our property. As well as spend time with friends.We brought our 4 legged family. The yard was fully fenced. With a covered front porch. Making it easy to watch the pups.The kitchen and living space were just as pictured. The bed was comfortable. Great experience!

I, my husband and my basset hound loved our stay at the red bungalow. It had everything we need and more. We were able to cook all of our dinners in the beautiful kitchen. The location is great for accessing beautiful hiking trails and grabbing a beer at a local brewery afterward. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon.

The bungalow is beautifully renovated, comfortable, well appointed & in a convenient location. The beds are very comfortable & communication was clear. The driveway was a little difficult in the darkand though beautiful theybeautiful

Older home, beautifully remodeled and lovingly cared for. Everything you need for your stay is already there. If it’s not, you probably don’t need it. The best of downtown Brevard is within walking distance. Loved it.

The Red Bungalow is the perfect getaway if you are looking for all the comforts of home and the close proximity to nature/hiking/biking and still be walking distance to the perks of downtown.
