Welcome to this beautiful, new, 4-bedroom home on Beech Mountain, overlooking Buckeye Creek. Lots of room to spread out with 2 living rooms, just off the main kitchen/dining area featuring 2 electric fireplaces and 2 smart TV’s. Our four bedrooms features 2 king beds, both high end memory foam, , 2 twin beds, and 1 queen futon. The 2 bathrooms feature a jetted jacuzzi style oversized bathtub, extra large walk in shower and bidet in each bathroom for added luxury. AC, heating, WiFi, and washer and dryer in the laundry room, are all provided for your convenience. The outdoor deck runs 50 feet ( by 10 ft) along most of the entire back of the house and features 3 areas for relaxing, with a large sofa and rocker, dining table that seats up to 8 outdoors and a conversation area. Take a walk down the steps to a lovely fire pit, creekside allowing you to listen to the babbling creek while you enjoy your fire and s'more's making. Our home is located on the main road on Pinnacle Ridge near the Pine Ridge intersection, so it is well maintained and rarely any issues for access. Our driveway is also paved, mostly flat, and can accommodate 4 autos. The front entryway features a handicapped ramp to enter which makes it very easy for loading and unloading, or choose the 4 steps up. We are very near numerous hiking trails, Shane Park and Buckeye Creek Recreation Center where you’ll find pickleball, (indoors and outside), a gym, basketball courts, lots of group fitness classes like yoga, spinning, etc and a wide variety of community activities. The pantry has plenty of space for your own food and snacks. We carved out space for the cozy chaise couch upstairs for reading and relaxing. There are two spacious bedrooms upstairs - one with a king-sized bed, the other with a queen. Each upstairs bedroom has internet TV and DVD player. Upstairs and outside you'll enjoy a wrap-around deck with string lights, a coffee nook, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, and a propane grill. brbrDown the vintage spiral stairs you'll encounter the downstairs living space. Two couches, 55 TV, game cabinet, coffee table - the kids will love this room! We even left the VCR and extensive VHS collection for our 80's and 90's friends to enjoy. We locally sourced barn wood for the accent wall and standing desk - perfect for charging laptops or playing cards. The oversized laundry/mud room is perfect for all of your ski & snowboard gear, with a functional utility sink tucked into the corner.
