Stayed Jan 13, 2022House was great. Got lots of snow and the streets were kept clear. Only small complaint we had was the entry lock was hard to use Thanks for the great trip Kent

Stayed Sep 3, 2021The views are the thing here. Our three days yielded one fantastic sunrise and the house at 5000 is pleasantly cool temperature. Kitchen is well stocked. Stove top had trouble boiling lobster which needed a hotter gas burner. Grill had only a little gas and no replacement tank, so make sure grill is full upon arrival. Beds are very comfortable. Deck is quite large and great for viewing wildlife below (groundhog, chipmunks, hummingbirds and deer) Would definitely return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Amazing! The view from both wraparound balconies were like we were living about the clouds! The morning sunrises were some of the most spectacular we’ve experienced. The proximity of the property made it extremely simple to navigate all of our outdoor adventures. On the mornings we did not feel like getting in the car, we walked up the hill and around the corner to miles of hiking the Emerald trails. About the only thing that interrupted you walking along the path would be a random herd of deer. Although the house is located at the top of the mountain, modern day amenities are just a few miles down the road, including a fully stocked grocery store. The house is fantastic if you have children, young or teenagers.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We could not believe how clean (immaculate) and well laid out this house was. We stayed for 5 days and wish we had booked for a month. The view is the best view in all of Beech Mountain! Master bath is gigantic perfection! Decks on both floors. Large gas grill on top deck. We will definitely be back.
