The adjacent kitchen is the model of efficiency with its porcelain apron sink, stainless steel appliances, and custom IKEA cabinets including a built in wine rack. There is a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub down the hall, and a Queen bedroom at the end of the hall.brJust off the living room is a screened in porch, perfect for enjoying the mountain breezes and soothing sounds of the bubbling creek below. Upstairs is a loft with a set of twin bunk beds and a half bath.brbrDownstairs you'll find a game room with a pool table, and another HDTV. The patio with a relaxing hot tub awaits outside on this level. There is a full bathroom and a laundry room off the hall, with another Queen bedroom at the end of the hallway.brbrOutside, kids can enjoy playing in the fenced-in, semi-flat and spacious front yard. Our 3,200 sq. ft. mountain style home sits on 2.2 acres with a large yard and a direct profile view of Grandfather Mountain from the great room, upstairs loft, deck and hot tub. The main level features an impressive great room with soaring ceilings and large windows. A large wood burning fireplace is surrounded by banks of glass to let in light and take in the views. There is also a large bedroom and full bath on this level, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The full bathroom was just renovated with a custom-tiled shower.brbrUpstairs you'll find a comfortable loft for relaxing or reading as well as another large bedroom with a queen bed (and an extra twin mattress under the bed and an ensuite bathroom, as well as another queen bedroom. The ensuite bath was recently renovated with a new custom-tiled shower/tub. The loft has a daybed which doubles as a twin bed, and a trundle bed underneath. brbrHead to the lower level and you'll be pleasantly surprised to find a cozy family room with pool table, foosball table and a freestanding propane fireplace as well as a second fully equipped kitchen. A half bath is nearby for guest ease, and there is deck access to the views and outdoor, wood-burning fireplace. The king suite is on the main level, with a private TV, custom windows to let the nature and beauty come inside. The full bath features a double headed shower and double marble vanity.brbrUpstairs are two suites, one a King, one a Queen, and a sitting area in the loft. Gorgeous cabin for a perfect getaway. Our cabin sleeps comfortably 8 guest. The cabin has all amenities to enjoy your stay, like a fireplace, Smart TV, WIFI, workplace and exercise area. The cabin is located in a private setting and only 3 miles away from downtown Banner Elk where you can enjoy activities like skiing, hiking, fishing, rafting, vineyards, horse back riding and many more. We added last year a new hot tub and we just paved the road and parking spots. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.br- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.br- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)br- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.br- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.br- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.br- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.br- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. Camera 1 is on right of entry door facing the driveway entrance. Camera 2 is on back cover porch facing onto the road. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.br-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.br- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be providedbr- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.br- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.br- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.br- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.br- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.br- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. br- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.br- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.brbrCANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
