All booking requests for reservations during the last week of May, JUNE, JULY, and the first 2 weeks of AUGUST must be for a SUNDAY TO SUNDAY booking or the reservation request will not be considered for approval. brbrDuring NON-summer months AFTER the second week of August UNTIL Memorial Day weekend our home MAY be available for minimum 3 day rentals depending on the month and week and how close to your reservation date you are booking (we normally only approve requests for reservations that are less than one week in duration if they are made less than 30 days prior to arrival since we like to leave our calendar open for and give preference to families who want to book a weekly rental instead of just a 3 night weekend rental. Off season HOLIDAY WEEKEND rentals normally require a minimum 4 night rental unless booked one month or less prior to the reservation start date). Once you arrive on the island after a wonderful 20 min ferry ride (don't forget to book the ferry to & from the island when you book your reservation) all the stresses of the world are gone. Set privately at the end of an oceanfront cul de sac, this home features stunning sunsets over the less crowded South and West beaches. Ships can be seen in the distance going to and from the shipping channel to Wilmington. Beach access is directly across from the private driveway to 32 Sandpiper Trail. This home may have the very best sunsets on the Island, you might just see the green flash!brbrInside you will find a fully renovated and updated interior with a reverse floor plan, upstairs you will find a large open floor plan with cathedral ceilings. The living room opens onto a covered veranda with Adirondack chairs and rocking chairs to soak in the gorgeous ocean views. The kitchen features upgraded stainless appliances, quartz counter tops.
