Grab a set of Waves on the boogie Boards or surf Boards, ride the bikes for ice cream or book an off shore fishing adventure. Home has 4 bedrooms 2.5 Baths. Great location 2 homes from the Ocean and 1/2 mile from the Food Loin, 1 mile from the 4xx4 beach access, 2.7 miles from the Canadian Hole and 7 miles from the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. So you will have all the best of Hatteras Island and Avon all within walking or a bike ride. We loaded the home with Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Umbrella, Beach Cart, 3 Foam Surf Boards and 4 Boogie Boards, sand toys plus a cooler. We also put in an Xbox, smart TV's in every room, books and a ton of games for those times when you are not on the Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with an ice maker, spices, olive oil, and basic cooking needs even a crockpot and air fryer for those that prefer a home cooked meal.
