DNA has great concrete parking, two carports, an outside shower, and a park grill. This single story cedar shake cottage has a nicely furnished sundeck that overlooks the canal out back. Supervising kids in the yard or on the water is a bonus. The new vinyl plank flooring is gorgeous and easy to clean and maintain. The living area is well furnished and anchored by a 55” Smart TV and electric fireplace. The kitchen has all-new stainless appliances, a new Keurig coffee machine, and a dining table.
