The Kinnakeeter is located on Oceanview Drive in Avon, a quick drive to multiple restaurants, shops, and the grocery store. The driveway provides plenty of parking space, and there is additional room under the house for storage or parking. A full outdoor bathhouse is located just off the pool area, and all the decks are accessible from the outside, so you can go from the bottom to the top without stepping foot indoors.br brThe bottom floor is where the fun begins. Kick back at the poolside tropical bar with your favorite tunes playing on the outdoor surround sound speakers as the family makes their way back and forth from the beach. Afterward, head inside to shoot a game of pool and make a drink in the downstairs bar and kitchenette.
