We put in LVP flooring, new paint, new granite and newly renovated bathrooms. Although considered a convertible 1 bedroom unit, we have enclosed the second bedroom with a door for privacy. It has a nice twin/full bunk bed (see photo). Perfect for the kids!brbrNew renovations/updates include new LVP flooring, newly renovated bathrooms, nice furniture and bedding, fresh paint, new granite with tile backsplash in kitchen and flat screen HD TV's. We have also added crown molding to dress up the condo. Being a 3rd floor condo allows for the best views of the ocean from your balcony. It has a King bed in the master bedroom with a luxurious mattress for a great night's sleep. In the second bedroom there is a Twin/Full size BUNK bed. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool with jacuzzi area built in, large outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grills for great cookouts for family and friends. brbr The master bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower combo. it has a flat screen 40 HD Roku TV. The second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed which is perfect for kids. The living room has nice queen sleeper sofa with a 40' flat screen HD TV with a Blu-ray player and free Wi-Fi. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and a Keurig combo coffee maker that does traditional coffee and K pods. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs. brbrAmenities galore at this complex. This is an awesome family resort with awesome amenities and easy access to the beach. This gated resort has many activities to enjoy such as a mini golf course, ping pong, tennis & basketball courts, an outdoor bowling lane, an awesome playground, shuffleboard, cornhole, just to name a few. There is also an indoor pool, heated in the cooler months for year round fun, and a huge outdoor hot tub. With a private beach access you are minutes from the beach. Even in the cooler months, enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, and the fountain and firepit patio area. Summer Prime Season the unit rents from Saturday to Saturday.
