Beautiful Direct Oceanfront Atlantic Beach Paradise

The Dunescape Unit is on the point of the complex giving it unobstructed views of the ocean from two sides. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is the view...AMAZING. No other condos or pools or anything stand between you and the waves. Couple that with the luxury decor and amenities of the complex and you will find yourself wishing you could stay forever. brWhen you arrive at the condo, you will have two dedicated parking places. Because of limited space that is all that is available on site . Once parked , you will find luggage carts and grocery shopping carts, as well as an elevator, to make moving into the condo simple and quick. The condo itself is decorated with light flooring and furnishings making it feel like a tropical breezy villa.brThere are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, oceanfront screen porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. The master has a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower. Down the hallway you will find another bedroom with a Queen bed, and in between there is a full 3 piece bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and an attached half bath. There is a large Wifi Smart TV and Playstation 4 (with BluRay) in the living room and a smaller Wifi Smart TV in the 3rd twin bedroom. brThere are also games, puzzles, books and cards for your family and friends to enjoy should you want to stay in. brThe fully stocked kitchen showcases white cabinetry, a complete appliance package—glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. Additionally we have all the comforts of home such as a blender, crockpot, toaster, and even a stand mixer. Additionally there is a separate wet bar/ coffee station with a Keurig, a French Press and an electric kettle located right outside the bedroom doors.brThere is a screened sitting area in the front and a separate laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. brOnsite there are four communal pools, grilling areas and boardwalks with showers to clean up after the beach. Our condo comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand castle and surf toys. NOTE: Due to the uncertainty of restrictions and regulations during Covid-19, we can not guarantee that the pools or the beaches will not be affected on some level. We apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately we have no control over the current state of affairs. Please do keep your selfies informed and let us know if you should haver any questions or concerns.brbrDirectly across the street you have condo access to the pier and boatslips to keep your boat on the Bogue Sound as well as park your trailer. If you bring your boat, there is a public boat launch one mile away.

There are places for bicycling and bike rentals available locally. There is a movie theater, nail salon, and local shopping. This is truly a place where singles, couples, and families can all enjoy themselves.brbrThe condominium includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and coffeemaker as well as an extensive collection of pots/pans/dishes and other cooking equipment. There are a number of nearby places to purchase fresh local seafood and there is a large grocery store (Food Lion). There are also grills at the pool just downstairs from the condo. So, you can eat inside (with an ocean view), on the deck, or poolside! One of our favorites is to get take-out shrimp burgers from the Big Oak Drive-in and bring these back to the condo.brbrThe condo has free Wi-Fi, cable, 2 televisions, a Chromecast and a DVD player (and collection of DVDs). We also have books and games available.brbrThe condo includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a bunk with a double and a twin bed. Linen service is provided, and guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.brbrThis unit looks over the pool (generally very quiet - there is a larger pool at the sound side area of the complex) and has a lovely view of the ocean.
