Why just rent a beach house when you can get an entire resort for the same rate brbrElevator and luggage carts available for groceries, beach stuff, and suitcases. Master bedroom (King bed) with en suite bathroom, granite double vanity, tub & shower, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and living area has pull out full sized sofabed. 3 flat screen TVs with cable, one in each room, free wifi, fully equipped granite counter kitchen, resort activities, gym, tennis, minigolf, hammocks, outdoor grills, free washers & dryers. 3 pools including one indoor and two outdoors, plus hot tub. brbrPlease note that our photos have a range of years shown in the view towards the ocean from the condo. The photo captions reflect the growth and popularity of our resort beachfront location, and in addition to some showing the legacy view before 2018, they also show a handful of new single family homes built since the 2018 hurricane. These new homes on the dunes are adjacent to the beach access walkway for our resort. It's still an amazing view to the ocean, and the walk is just as easy to get to the sand as it was before the new homes, but we wanted to fully disclose why the photos range from completely unobstructed ocean views to some with homes on the dunes. We also wanted to show how after the hurricane rebuild, that the beach access path and shelter look different compared to the main legacy listing photo.brbrOur condo is located beachfront in Phase 2 (buildings 15-25)brbrAs you browse other Peppertree Atlantic Beach Resort listings you may find online, please be careful of what you actually book :brThe other main Peppertree listing here is for Phase 3 (buildings 26-33) and located QUITE a long, hot walk away from the beach in the mosquito/swampy tree area close to the highway. The Phase 3 building style where you will be placed looks very motel / motor court type of accommodations much like Motel 6 where you park 3 feet from your front door, rather than a beach condo like ours is. The other listing will not indicate that's where your condo will be, but if you are booking for the Summer, you will 100% be booked there despite where their listing price tag appears on the Airbb map. brbrTo avoid being disappointed message that host and ask them EXACTLY which condo building and floor you are booking BEFORE you purchase, and compare it to the building map in photos here. I promise you our condo is EXACTLY as posted at building 18, and that we personally took the photos. Just saying, watch out. brbrRead the booking reviews for the cheaper options (2 Bedroom Atlantic Beach Condo with Beach Access and hosted by Kevin with 100+ reviews of varying quality.) You'll see complaints like no view surrounded by trees long walk to beach, dirty, and lots of bugs. About 15 different reviews of his listing said what we got was not the condo from the listing photos. That listing you will be WAY far in the back of the resort next to the commercial road when booking summer time thru that listing or or any listing stating Wyndham/Ramada* for their reservations. brbrThe ratings for that listing have a warning flag from AirBB on them currently stating they are in the BOTTOM 10% OF AirBB Properties in this area based on their reviews. We are a perfect 5.0 after almost 10 years hosting !brbr*Sometimes other booking sites will appear to list this resort as Wyndham/Ramada but that's just because the resort is using their reservations platform to offer inventory in the worst section of the resort. The property itself is in no way a Wyndham or a Ramada property and is not affiliated with those chains in any way. All of the Atlantic Beach Resort - A Ramada by Wyndham listings for summer dates are the Phase 3 buildings in the mosquito woods with no balconies and far from the beach.
