Enjoy this summer home all set to go for family fun and relaxation. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with solar-panel-heated 18x36 pool, finished basement and bonus loft. The open floorplan of the first floor consists of a large light-filled living room with fireplace and kitchen with granite countertops and high -end stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room, first floor bedroom as well as a full bathroom. Going up one set of stairs will lead you to a master with lots of windows overlooking preserved greenbelt space and open fields, walk-in closet and spacious master bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms that share one bathroom. Up a separate set of stairs is a great bonus loft that can be used as an office, den or overflow for guests. Off the back of the living kitchen area are 3 separate sliders that all lead out to your landscaped backyard with pool and screened in porch. A recently finished basement provides even more space to hang out, work out, or play rec games on a rainy day. All of this on just shy of 3/4 of an acre surrounded by preserve land. Located around the corner from bay beaches, as well as the Southampton Recreation Center with its tennis courts, gym, and summer camps. Centrally located to Southampton Village, Bridgehampton, Water Mill and Sag Harbor. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood for walks, bike-riding and all while you are steps to everything.
