The house has a backup generator for comfort during weather emergencies. Backyard has beautiful landscaping and brand new gunite 20x45 heated saltwater pool. Brand new outdoor furniture with dining table that seats 10 people. Brand new monument grill. Backyard is fully fenced in and house has child proof pool alarms around the first floor.
