Beautiful home in Shinnecock Hills/Southampton. Very close to golf, and walkable to Bay Beaches. Close to Southampton village, with restaurants, shopping, parks, and entertainment. br The house has four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs, which can be used as an office but can also be converted into a full bedroom if needed.brbrThe other bedrooms are the master with a king size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom, the third bedroom has a full bed with a shared bathroom, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed with a shared bathroom. We have a great backyard. A heated gunite pool and patio with chaise lounges and umbrellas. There is an open outdoor shower. There is a large back deck with a grill and two separate seating areas as well as a large outdoor dining table. This home is great for a family. brWe have a 2 week minimum stay except during the US Open in June.. We will allow less than two weeksnduring that time. Renters are responsible for propane to heat the pool. Weekly pool cleaning, the electric / air conditioning bill. 9178850847
