The home boasts 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 4 baths. Walking distance to town, (located on Halsey Street off Hill Street). Coopers, Gin, Flying Point, Road D and Dune beaches are a quick bike ride or drive away.
The house is situated on a double wide lot with 12 ft high privets keeping you in an incredibly private setting. Relax outside on one of three porches situated on the East, South and North sides of the home. Sizable fresh water gunite pool, Waterworks fixtures/faucets throughout, Wolf 36' six burner range, Wolf drawer microwave, Subzero refrigerator the list goes on.
Please note that there’s a 7-night minimum from June 23rd through Labor Day (Sunday to Sunday). If you are looking for a shorter term stay we do have some Sunday to Wednesday - Thursday options available - please inquire.
A 5.5% short term rental tax will be collected from all guests prior to check-in and remitted to Suffolk county for stays of less than 30 nights pursuant to the newly enacted 2023 law.

Easy check in/out and Southampton was amazing
My wife and two young children rented for the week.The home came as advertised and most importantly came perfectly clean. The location to town was amazing. We walked for coffee every morning with the kids and was a five minute ride to the beach. The pool was in perfect condition and the kids used every day. If you are looking for a clean and new house in a great location, look no further.
Recently spent a long weekend at this house with my extended family. The dates we were initially interested in weren't available, but Ronnie worked with us to find an alternative time to visit. The house is exactly as advertised -- very close to shops, beach, etc -- and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been easier. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
My husband stayed here with his family that was visiting from another country. We regret not choosing another property. The low rating is because the kitchen wasn’t stocked at all, no basics like sugar, salt, etc. possibly to discourage the use? And the appliances were not working; dishwasher leaked everywhere and couldn’t be used. The Washer and dryer didn’t work either. There was no vacuum cleaner, which was impractical and extremely inconsiderate. The lack of basic conveniences on a multi day booking can’t be overlooked. The property is well maintained outside, and interior is well done with lovely fixtures, good furniture, etc.
We spent 4 days at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. House is well equipped and clean. Great location we walked to the village each morning for coffee. tates bakery is a short walk from the property.
Easy check in and communication with owner. House was super clean and had everything we needed and then some! The four full bathroom was awesome. Pool was great and warm! Teens biked to town and to the beach. We were all extremely comfortable and had the best stay! Thank you!

Clean, tidy, new renovation... beautifully done. Perfect for my husband, 3 year old and me. With a couple rooms leftover for family (maybe next time!). About a10 min walk to town, gorgeous neighborhood, a couple miles from the beach. Beautiful lawn and pool, with great privacy from neighbors. We'd absolutely stay again. Ronnie was also very communicative and quick to respond with any questions or needs. Awesome stay!
