The best view on the lake!! Totally updated with new kitchen and new appliances. First floor bedroom with full bath, new sunroom with sliding glass doors that face the lake, new windows throughout. Upper bedroom has a sliding glass door to the lakefront deck with an incredible view. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or share dinner with the family. Level lakefront lot, blacktop driveway has great parking area. If you have a boat/jetski, bring it along - we have a dock or just kayak around the lake with the two kayaks available. Swim ladder and lake mat (new) to enhance your lakeside experience. Great spot to fish for bass, pike or perch, or just float on the lake. The house is fully winterized with central heat, with a gas burning fireplace and is available all year long. The home includes a washer and dryer and a well equipped kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. For your entertainment, the home has a 55’’ TV, cable, Wi-Fi, board games. Outside you will enjoy the deck overlooking the lake, wood fire pit by the water, and a large gas grill. Numerous restaurants and wineries are accessible by boat, and some even deliver your food to you in your watercraft.
