3000 + sq ft and just steps from Gin Beach (okay, maybe a 1/4 mile) sits our home. We take great pride in maintaining this house so that it does not feel like a rental. This is our dream home. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and a 4th bedroom on the main level. There is over 3000 sq ft of Brazilian hardwood decking and a gated pool that is right on the water. The house has 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. The downstairs has a very large and open great-room (kitchen,dining, and living room. There is also a separate family(TV)room and the 4th bedroom. A custom built laundry room finished with antique lumber. All the floors were recently redone with reclaimed antique Oak (not shown in photos). The house is a short drive from center of town and the main beaches, but is far enough that you wont experience the madness that Montauk can be at times. The house has a small private lake beach in the backyard with access to Lake Montauk. The lake opens up to the ocean at the inlet about a 1/2 mile away.
