You will be given a key to a private parking lot on the cliffs to park your car, should you choose. brbrThe house has a stunning brand new patio with wood burning fireplace and new Weber Grill so you can enjoy a drink in the evening and roast marshmallows while listing to the waves crash on the beach. The house is just a short walk, or a two-minute drive to Gurney’s world-class spa and one mile to Montauk Village.brbrThe first floor of this upside down home includes the master bedroom with private outdoor deck, two additional bedrooms, and a large bathroom.brbrThe second level is open and spacious surrounded by large widows with a cathedral ceiling. An elegant but comfortable Beach home in the most sought after area of Montauk, Hither Hills. brOur home, which has been completely rebuilt, has sleeping for 4-6 with two full baths on the first floor and one full bath upstairs. The entire second floor is built for cooking, living and family entertaining. Premium wifi and a large desk with desk chair and printer are conveniently located on the first level to accommodate our work from home guests. brThe large bedroom boasts a private deck, en-suite bathroom with twin vanities and rain shower built for two.brIt also has a king size bed, walk in closet and surround sound audio and video system with full cable and 50 smart TV.brThe opposite end of the first floor has sleeping for up to four and a full bath. This area has direct access to a large deck overlooking the grand lawn space. This entire area was recently updated with new paint colors and beautiful wood flooring. There is an adjustable Tempurpedic queen bed in the bedroom. Adjoining this bedroom is a cozy guest room with comfy full size bed perfect for lounging, sleeping, watching tv or simply enjoying a good book.brThe upper floor has two large decks overlooking the half acre lawn with ocean views on the horizon. One large circular deck off the dining area is equipped with a full dining setup and a family sized grill. The other deck off of the living room is nicely appointed with outdoor lounging furniture and the perfect space for lounging away the afternoon.brThe state of the art master chef designed kitchen features granite counters, a center island with seating for four, all stainless steel appliances including a Jenn air convection oven and microwave, 5-burner gas cooktop, GE Profile refrigerator/freezer, GE Profile dishwasher and separate beverage cooler under the island counter.brThe dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and the open floor plan throughout creates a free flowing layout synonymous with Montauk's laid back lifestyle. brA cozy seating area and game table bridge the space between the kitchen/dining area and the living room. A custom built wet bar and oak framed gas fireplace create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the living room which is furnished with comfortable leather seating and a 55 flat panel smart tv mounted above the fireplace. Streaming services are available on all tvs through guests accounts. The audio/video system provides sound throughout the upstairs area including the two decks. A full bathroom decorated in black and white subway tile with period fixtures rounds out the upstairs features nicely.brThe entire home is cooled with central air over two zones and there is wifi throughout. There is a large desk/work from home area on the first floor level for our remote-working guests. A Ring doorbell camera at the front door provides an added level of security for the safety of our guests. This is the only video surveillance device on the property. brThe large front lawn provides space for summer fun such as badminton, soccer, softball and football tossing, whiffle ball or just a plain old game of tag. brOur home has private deeded beach rights to the pristine ocean beach and parking area approximately 1000 feet away. The distance is easily walked in less than 5 minutes but if driving is preferred, we have a parking pass and key to the locked parking area at the beach.brPlease note, that my wife and I live in the lower level of the house and are always responsive and available to handle any issues that may arise. A four-burner bbq and beer and wine frig is situated outside.brbrThe house has five bedroom. There is a master bedroom upstairs with ensuite bath; a 2nd master downstairs with ensuite bath; and three other bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a queen and twin bunk bed. All bedrooms (except one) have walk-in closets. brbrThere are three full bathrooms, (inc. the two ensuite bathrooms) and one half bathroom downstairs. There is also an outdoor shower. brbr4 bicycles come with the house, as well as a beginners surf board.
