Montauk Renovated Beach House

The house was absolutely perfect! The bathrooms and showers were great, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was both beautiful and functional. It was the perfect fit for my family and we had an amazing vacation. The house is also very close to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores but off the beaten path enough to ensure a peaceful night sleep. On top of that Brian was such a great host. He is an extremely clear communicator, responds quickly to messages and made our stay very comfortable. Would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay there again!

We could not be happier at our recent stay in Montauk. The home had a great layout where my kids, who are older had their space on first floor, and my wife and I had our bedroom on second floor. The home also has a nice size wrap around deck with seating and a BBQ which we utilized a few nights. Amenities like the fire pit and outdoor shower where also appreciated and used. The host Brian could not be nicer and answered any questions immediately. I would recommend this property with high regard and give it a five star rating

I can't say enough about how comfortable and pleasant Brian's home is. Brian was great to deal with; everything was organized in advance and check in and check out went very smoothly. The house itself is updated and was immaculate when we arrived. All the linens and towels were attractive, crisp and clean. The kitchen/LR combination was great for entertaining. The house was stocked with appropriate supplies, and it made the stay very easy. I usually like to stay by the beach, but this was a nice change, and easy walk to harbor (instead of walking to the beach. Brian was great to communicate with and he did a lot to make the stay enjoyable.

The house is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Furnishings are simple and beautiful . Perfect for 2 families! Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Carter, the caretaker lives across the street and was extremely helpful when needed. A great find!

The house was immaculate, with tons of natural light and charming features. The house had all of the perks of home with a fresh new feel. Can’t wait to go back with friends and our kids. Brian the owner was beyond accommodating and made us feel at home.

Beautiful place

I booked this house for my groomsmen during my wedding weekend and couldn't have been more happy with the experience or house! The house itself is gorgeous with a great 2nd story porch and common area. It's also in a central location close to town and the harbor area. Brian was amazing and made things very easy for check in and check out. I would highly recommend staying here whether it's a family trip or a nice weekend away with the friends! Thanks Brian!!!

My family & I stayed here for my wedding & I can't say enough good things about the property & owner. The home is beautifully renovated & was perfect for the 8 of us. The contemporary open-concept kitchen/living room & large wrap around deck were ideal for our group. Brian was also a great communicator & provided us with everything we could possibly need. He really helped make the experience smooth from start to finish. This house is definitely a winner & I highly recommend it!
