Relaxing Lake Retreat

Way more was provided than expected. We felt extremely at home and absolutely loved the area. Kelly is a fantastic host.

Everything that was needed is provided. Plenty of parking and close to everything Montauk!

Arriving was turn key and go. Loves the layout of the cottage. The entire place is immaculateSitting outside listening to birds & natural wildlife. Walking down to the lake I passed the outside BBQ area. Sitting on the Lake surrounded by peace & privacy.

This is the second year in a row staying at Kelly and Rick’s property and we couldn’t have been more pleased! It’s on the lake, very peaceful, clean and close to everything Montauk has to offer! We’ll be back next year!

Staying at Kelly’s lakefront property in Montauk was truly a healing experience. From the moment we arrived, the serene surroundings washed away the stress of daily life. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Whether sipping coffee on the deck in the mornings or winding down with a book as the sun set, the peace and tranquility here are unparalleled. Kelly thought of everything to make our stay so much more enjoyable and special, that we didn’t even need anything. Despite feeling like a secluded retreat, the property is just a short drive from town, making it easy to explore Montauk's charming shops and restaurants. This place isn't just a rental—it's a restorative escape that nurtures the soul. We left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait to return.

Everything about this VRBO was perfect for us. The minute we walked in we were impressed. It was very clean and well stocked. It was a perfect location to go to restaurants and the beach. We unfortunately had some rain while there but the porch with the umbrella let us sit outside to relax and read.

Second time staying at this lovely property and as always had a great stay. Beautiful property on the lake with everything you need to make the stay perfect (I especially liked the cookies). Had the pleasure of meeting Rick one of the owners of the property and he couldn't have been nicer. We will be back next year.

The host Kelly was incredibly kind and had a wonderful place for us to stay. She offered insight into things to do in the area and was open for giving recommendations or ideas for things to do. The stay was fantastic and I will definitely be looking to stay here again if I return to Montauk!

Our trip couldn’t have gone any better, thanks to Kelly and the room. Kelly was timely and helpful in every question we had and made our trip seamless. The rooms were well kept, had many amenities, and were evidently taken care of, but our favorite part was the outdoor seating area which overlooks Lake Montauk and provides gorgeous sunsets. Kelly went above and beyond with recommendations of activities and restaurants in town and a little welcome gift. The only drawbacks were the lack of privacy come nighttime (the blinds didn’t conceal the room at night if lights were on inside) and the kayaks were outdated… however, we had an amazing trip thanks to Duffy’s on Lake Montauk.
