This home's great layout provides easy indoor/outdoor transitions & is ideal for entertaining. Start your day with a walk or jog to town along Old Montauk Highways's scenic ocean path to grab a coffee. Upon returning, stroll down to Hither Hills' expansive & uncrowded private beach. After soaking in the sun & waves, rinse off in the outdoor shower and have friends over for a BBQ while the kids hold a cannonball contest in the IG pool!
