This house is a 3 bedroom, two bath cottage with tons of deck space and patio area that includes a hot tub and annual gardens. The maximum number of guests is 6. There is one king bed and two queens. This is not a party house or share house. We are not an LLC. This home is my primary residence and I have raised my family here. I ask that my guest respect my lovely neighbors and their love of quiet.
