Stayed Aug 17, 2025The large lovely home was perfect for our family. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms, large family room and a well stocked kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the main town and marinas. Bill our host was extremely accommodating and always reachable.

Stayed May 16, 2025This home was a perfect stay for an extended family. There is plenty of room to gather as a group yet ample bedroom space for privacy when wanted. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance to the marinas near Lake Montauk. Downtown Montauk was a short 10 minute drive in the other direction. The property owner was very responsive and check-in and check-out was seamless. I hope to stay again!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024My husband and I along with 4 other couples rented Bills property for a mutual friends wedding weekend. All 10 of us adults slept comfortably. The house was clean and well cared for. We loved sitting out on the back deck. House was also less than a 10 minute drive to downtown montauk and about a 5 minute drive to the lighthouse which we all enjoyed. Bill was also easy to get in touch with and prompt with responses. Would gladly rent again for a weekend getaway.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024This was a second stay at this house and it was as wonderful as the first. We especially loved sitting on the back porch with our children, sons-in-law and our grandchildren. Felt like a scene from Blue Bloods.
