You’re only about a 2 hour drive from NYC and close to so many upstate activities. Hiking, kayaking, biking, breweries, wineries, storm king, New Paltz, Accord, Beacon, Kingston, etc… brbrThe house is cozy but spacious! Plenty of space with an open layout, two living-rooms and a dining area, and a well equipped kitchen.brOutside by by the pool you'll find another dining area, lounge chairs, umbrellas and a BBQ.brThere are three bedrooms. The master has its own full bathroom and the other bedrooms are in close proximity to the other bathroom.brbrAlthough not secluded, the house offers a feeling of privacy. It sits far from the road and is surrounded by trees and greenery. You'll probably see wild turkey, deer, squirrels and birds around the property. brbrPlease note- brThere’s white carpeting in the rooms and parts of the living room, otherwise hardwood and tiles. We understand that you are here to rest and relax, but the spa involves work on your end so all guests can enjoy it. We have created this document so that guests are fully aware of the spa's risks and responsibilities. The spa is tested and balanced before each guest's arrival. We photograph the condition of the spa with a time-stamped photo. The guest will incur any damage to the spa. Any significant water composition alteration due to not following the rules will incur additional cleaning charges.
