You will not have access to the washer and dryer unless you stay for more than 4 days. There are 3 interior doors that have locks for owner supplies, and the shed out back has a lock on it.brbrThe entire yard is available for you to use. Patio area in the back yard has BBQ, outdoor dining area, fire pit (you supply the firewood) with adirondack chairs, hammock. Beautiful, elegant, & artfully funky, this property will not disappoint. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen/dining area & 2 living rooms where we could gather & spend quality family time. Perfect home with private bedrooms/bathrooms to accommodate our large group — not easy to find. Amenities deserving love: turntable & vinyl, plethora of games, induction oven with air fryer setting, snacks throughout home, coffee, spices/herbs, warm & comfortable beds, modern bathrooms with shampoo, body wash, lotion, toothpaste/brush, & more. You will often see deer roaming on our property. We have pest control & insect treatments monthly. While we do our best, we cannot guarantee you will not see a bug in our home - we are in the country!brbr~ Minimum age to rent is 21 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.br~ The home sits near a road with traffic, and while you are NOT on the road with traffic, you will hear it. If you are looking for a quiet place with no sounds – then this place is not for you.br~ This home is on a septic system so occupancy is strictly enforced to avoid a septic backup of sewage in the house. Your max occupancy during your booking is what you submit in your booking.
