Beautiful Home - 4BR/2.5BA - Hot tub and Patio - Minutes from New Paltz

There were plenty of pans and dishes. Our group of 6 adults went through all of the glasses daily. We appreciated the staples left in the pantry and fridge.The hot tub struggled to stay hot during the snowfall, but it was very popular with the young adults.Generally the house was clean, but the sheets and blanket on bed were stained. There were three problems that arose during our stay that could have been better handled by the owner: 1) the dryer wasn't working well due to a heavily clogged vent which we had to clear; 2) the property manager didn't come to clear the driveway/steps of 10 of snow until noon (and there was no shovel for us to use so we had to clear most of it with a car shovel); and 3) disappointing amends for us during a water main break. Rather than delivering potable water to us, we were told by the owner to buy bottled water. The stores were cleared out, so we had to drive to other towns to buy water. We were unable to flush toilets unless we melted snow. Eventually the owner gave us a partial refund, but not without prompting, and our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped.

Well set up. Only issue was no heat upstairs. Host very responsive. Was fixed next morning.

We had a great time and enjoyed the roomy and cozy accommodations in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The coffee was outstanding!

Beautiful place, very comfortable and great communication with host. We were there for a wedding so the location was great! My only complaint is things that don’t work! The fireplace didn’t work, the garbage disposal didn’t work, we shared with the host and they said they will be fixed.

Extended family meeting to see college daughter/granddaughter loved staying here! The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms and Sagar and Jagnvi were wonderful to work with both before and during our stay (for minor questions). It’s in walking distance of the Empire State trail, in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to Marist University.

This is a lovely property with very agreeable hosts.

The place was exactly what we needed. Space for 8 to gather for meals, games, and conversations. Each bedroom had a queen sized bed and the beds were comfortable. The large hot tub was awesome, we really enjoyed it. The place was broom clean, but things like too much food in the fridge, personal items in the bathroom, dirt behind bathroom doors, toothbrush holder and dish drainer had scum and needed a deep clean. Overall this home was very comfortable and met all our needs. A great location to the Hudson River Walking Bridge and rail trail system. We would return.

This house was just what my husband and I needed for a relaxing weekend. We thoroughly soaked in the hot tub and enjoyed lounging on the comfortable couch binge watching our show. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. There are plenty of rooms to choose from for sleeping and we enjoyed the master bedroom with the big bathroom and jacuzzi tub. The host was great with communication and gave us everything we needed and more during check in with every little instruction you would think you would need. But was also available if we had questions and was very quick to respond. The neighborhood was also quiet and felt very safe. I honestly would stay here again in the future. Thank you for being wonderful hosts and sharing your house with us.

Location was great, walking distance to nice trails. There are also basketball courts and tennis nearby. I didn't realize that, would have packed equipment. Maybe a basketball or pickleball stuff would be nice to have in the house. The house was great. I only took off a star because the beds were not completely made, lacked the top sheets. And the tub in the they main area was not clean

Stayed with a group of family and friends to go to the Rhinebeck sheep and wool festival. Location was great. Close to restaurants and the event venue. Host was so helpful, helped us through changing plans for check-in.

We were in the area for a family wedding. The house was as advertised. It was clean and the kitchen well equipped. We will stay again when in the area.

We were in town for a wedding with my husband and three adult sons. For what it would cost for 2 hotel rooms for our stay, I booked this house, which was perfect. Each person had their own bedroom, we enjoyed coffee outside on the patio and found a great Italian restaurant in the village. Everything was convenient, the house was spotless and the beds were memory foam and very comfortable. Or host communicated well and left clear instructions. I would highly recommend booking this home for your next getaway.

Several days with family for my Son’s West Point Graduation! House was perfect , located in a nice neighborhood. Hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with. Prompt response and helpful information! Highly recommend for groups from 4-8! Thank you !
