Our 3 level townhome has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms. The entry level has a large comfortable living room, dining table with spectacular lake and Loon mountain views. Spacious newly renovated and updated kitchen with new stainless appliances. First level queen bedroom with access to bathroom. Large deck overlooking the lake with retractable awning and gas grill. The third floor has a large master suite with master bathroom including jetted soaking tub. The lower level has a large second living room perfect for the kids to hang out in. The couch has a pull out queen mattress. Two bedrooms, bedroom 1- one queen with bathroom access and bedroom 2- two twin bunkbeds, plus one single bed. Walk out to the lake from our patio and enjoy paddle boarding, and kayaking, plus many floats and inflatable island with cooler. In front of our unit is the Pemi river great for fishing. Walk to the Deer Park private entrance to the Cascades on the Pemi River with swimming holes and natural waterslides.
