Everything was wonderful, commutation with onwer was great.

We had such a wonderful weekend at this property! The house was incredibly spacious — one of the first places we’ve stayed that truly accommodated our large family gathering comfortably. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and full of fun activities for everyone to enjoy. The kids especially loved the foosball table and the movie theater setup!We also took a short trip to North Woodstock for an outing and had a great time there too. There was a nice playground for the little ones, a retro arcade for the older kids, and even a bar for the parents — something for everyone!Overall, we highly recommend this property for large families or groups looking for a fun, comfortable, and activity-filled getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We had a great stay overall (4.35/5 star) !!Pros:The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay.They kindly accommodated a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was a huge help for our large group with kids and infants (since the 10 a.m. checkout time can be a bit early).Extra dishwashing soap was provided during our stay, which was thoughtful and helped keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.The game room is spacious and fun—perfect for gathering the whole group together.The patio setup with the BBQ grill and firepit is conveniently located and great for evening hangouts or a bonfire.Cons:The garage had some trash left behind by previous guests, which caused a slight odor upon arrival. (maybe due to trash collection only on one day of the week)There were no starter supplies of body soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms, which was a bit inconvenient.The kitchen paper towels and napkins were just enough to get started (accurately mentioned in the listing), so it’s worth bringing extra if you’re traveling with kids.Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-equipped property for large groups, and with a few small improvements, it could easily be a five-star stay!

This house was exactly what we were looking for with a large party of 20 people. Plenty of space, beautiful yard, and amazing accommodation with private river access in the beautiful NH mountains.

Wonderful property with plenty of beds for the whole group! The kitchen had everything we need for a huge group dinner, and the basement game room kept us entertained all weekend!

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Given that the attraction around the place were closed due to weather or maintenance reasons, the house was a perfect place to stay with all the amenities for our 3 day stay. The hosts were very prompt and accommodating. Thank you.

Very nice, better than description

This property was perfect for our family which consisted of both children (ages 1-10) and adults. The location was close to 93 and provided access to both Loon (closest) and Cannon....allowing my grandchildren the opportunity to experience both ski resorts. The accommodations were comfortable, many bathrooms, a great game room downstairs for the kids, and very few demands at checkout - all of which made for a fun experience.

Thank you so much we made some great memories! The whole process on Vrbo was smooth. Communication with the host was excellent.! Check in was a breeze. The game room was a blast! We used the fire pit one night, which was really nice. Had a couple of minor issues with two TVs, not working correctly, but they seemed to be corrected after speaking with the host. The house itself could be cleaned a little better. Cobwebs on light fixtures and in corners. Spoke with the host said they would speak with the cleaners. Overall, we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again. We love the area short drive to Lincoln which has some nice restaurants, pizza Enzo's , and Mexican food

A fantastic getaway! The scenery was amazing. The home was beautiful. This is the quintessential fall experience. It should not be missed.

This place is amazing! There were 15 of us staying for a long weekend (10 Adults, 4 kids 2-6, 1 infant) and it was one for the books. There is so much to do in the house, and so much space for everyone, you really don't ever need to leave! We enjoyed many nights out by the firepit, rainy afternoons playing pool & foosball in the basement, and sunny mornings splashing around down by the river! The kitchens have everything you would need for cooking, the deck was big with tons of seating, and there were more rooms & beds than we could even use. Our only regret was not inviting more people! Tory was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating for all of our requests, and even provided us with a list of favorite spots in the area! We would 100% stay here again, and would love to be back soon!
