Two bedroom house close to ATV trails, hiking trails and ski areas. Wildcat 20 mins away. Sunday River, Cannon, Loon, Attitash, Cranmore all within an hour's drive. Oh, and there is kayaking on the river. Each bedroom has two twin xl beds which can be coupled together to form a king size bed. There is an outdoor camera for monitoring the yard which I use to monitor for wildlife before I let my small 10 pound dog out. Guest are welcome to cover it up if they’re not comfortable with it. Note: VRBO assigns certain photographs as common areas. There are no common shared areas, rental is for the entire house.

Equipped with a pool table, upstairs wet-bar lounge, and a 2-person rain shower there is nothing this house doesn’t have! For those ATV lovers, there is plenty of trailer parking, a fire pit for your enjoyment, and farmer’s porch to kick back on at the end of a long day of riding. Don't forget about our Fire Pit located on the far end of the property. Did we mention there is a TV in nearly every room… Kitchen, dining room, living room, pool room, bedrooms… You will never miss a game when staying with us! There is also a Pandora Arcade Game Console with 3800 classic video games for all ages ranging from Tekken and Street Fighter to Pac-Man and Mario Bros… If you played it as a kid it’s probably here! The main level has two queen bedrooms, and a sleeper sectional sofa, full bath, dining room, kitchen, laundry and an office space. The only exception to the allowable burning times occurs if you have purchased a permit and there is a steady rain, or the ground is completely covered with snow. Depending on what town you are burning in, there are some variances to these times. Please read the minimum requirements on your permit carefully and make sure you have selected the proper location before starting your fire. Permits purchased for the wrong location are considered invalid. The online service is easy and payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) is quick and secure. You will be able to print your permit at the end of the online process. The small processing fee of $3.00 is non-refundable, even in the event of weather condition changes deeming the permit invalid.
