Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family - ranging in age from 3 - 70 - had a delightful, relaxed time on the beautiful and always special Lees Pond. We like the calm and serenity, while the location offers close proximity to so many other amenities of the bustling Lakes Region. We had plenty of space to spread out and the access to the water, the dock, the boat and the kayaks added to our adventures. Everyone gave very high marks to the comfort of the beds which is a real plus in rental property. The kitchen was certainly adequate and met our needs - we cooked almost all of our meals at the house. The air conditioning worked great - handling several days of very high heat and humidity. We appreciated the easy communication with Sean and hope to return to this special place

Stayed Jun 4, 2025The house was as described and had 3 well sized and well furnished bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Keurig with a supply of pods.We enjoyed the lake by canoe and caught (and released) plenty of fish--bass, perch, blue gill, pickerel. The lake was quiet with only a few other canoes and one electricsmall fishing boat.The general area has plenty of decent restaurants and some nice bakeries.Everyone had a wonderful time and we look forward to renting this property again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This is a wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, fishing off the dock, swimming and lounging on the floating swim dock, stargazing at night, the fire pit, and watching movies on the huge LR TV. Wi-Fi was nice and strong, kitchen is fully appointed. The location is very convenient to area attractions and hiking trails. Loved it!
