The condo is a top corner unit on the second and third floors of a 32-unit condo complex, which provides a community elevator and security system. There is an abundance of space and natural light. The storage closet is packed with all your beach necessities so you can travel light. It offers a remote workspace, central air and heat, a cozy electric fireplace for those cold winter nights, a fully stocked kitchen, a common courtyard and two complimentary covered parking spots to name a few. The private top-floor balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset and offers gorgeous views of the ocean, river, and harbor. The condo comes fully furnished with sea turtle décor and painted in beautiful sea colors throughout which allows you to fully immerse yourself while you are at the ocean. You're going to want to come back, over and over again, trust me.brbr Worth the trip from anywhere, this location is ideal, you are 2 minute to the sand (seriously 2 minutes, I timed it myself). Since the unit is at the top of the strip, you really get the best of both worlds. Short walk to the Casino Ballroom and strip, not to mention a spectacular view for the fireworks. There are tons of restaurants to choose from and right next door to the Ashworth Hotel Restaurant which has excellent food. Or, you can bring and cook your own food as the kitchenette will accommodate nicely. The location is very convenient with easy on/off highway access, and close to Market Basket (local grocery store) or Super Walmart, just 6 miles away. You are able to easily get on the highway without driving down the strip, avoiding much of the daily beach congestion.brbr Sorry, no smoking, and four legged furry friends are not allowed.
