The condo was well-equipped and comfortable. I was disappointed when I arrived to find that the bed had not yet been made with fresh sheets, but they were available for me to put on, so no big deal. Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful.

The condo was beautiful. It had everything you needed. The view from the 4th floor was amazing, and the beach was so close. I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Beachfront Stay!My husband and I stayed at this condo from July 5–12 and had a fantastic experience. Located on the 4th floor and directly facing Hampton Beach, the condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We especially loved the private deck with its stunning ocean views—it was the perfect spot to relax, and we even had front-row seats to the Wednesday night fireworks!The air conditioning kept the space cool during the warmer days, and the kitchen was well-equipped for a week-long stay. We made coffee every morning and packed lunches for the beach with ease. Speaking of the beach, it was just a short walk across the street, making it incredibly convenient to spend our days by the ocean. (We only missed one day due to rain).We also enjoyed walking to a variety of nearby restaurants in the evenings. The location truly made everything feel easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone who loves the beach and wants a pleasant, comfortable place to stay. Many thanks to the Jeff and Jill for sharing their lovely home with us!

Very clean, comfortable and convenient ocean front property. The unit is well equipped and the front deck is a special bonus!

We (a retired couple) had a wonderful mid-November through mid-December stay at this well kept and clean condo in Hampton Beach. Looking out at the full ocean view each morning was amazing ( the sun rises! ) and long walks on all the nearby beaches kept us fit which was much needed after all the fresh seafood we enjoyed at the nearby restaurants.The unit itself was perfect for us… very comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed and then some. Hosts responded immediately when we had a question.We highly recommend it.

Great condo and excellent location, super hosts, everything quick and easy. Condo well stocked with everything you need with easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Quick drive into Seabrook or downtown Hampton. Would certainly plan for future stays.

We had a wonderful time at the beach. Condo had everything we needed. Just across the street from the beach and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Was wonderful to see the fireworks from the balcony. We'd love to vacation here again!

The unit was clean and well supplied and the views were beautiful. We had no problems during our stay so we never had to contact the owners. It was a wonderful, relaxing week in a great condo!
