Location - Location - Location brYou can't get any better than this 2nd floor condo over looking the beach on the corner of Ocean Boulevard and A Street in Hampton Beach. Sit on the porch and take in the activities and soak up the surf. Centrally located to everything you could want to access at the beach. The condo itself is very spacious with over 1200 sq. ft. The great room and kitchen encompass the seaside of the condo with oversized windows that look out to the beach and offer a breathtaking view, and access to the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs with beautiful cabinetry and granite counters. Tons of storage in the cabinets and the huge pantry in the kitchen hall. The laundry is also located in the hallway of the unit closer to the bedrooms. The large master bedroom with king bed also has a day bed with trundle. The master has it's own bath with oversized shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and is also very roomy. The main bath is adjacent to the guest bedroom and has a full tub and shower. Both bathrooms are nicely appointed with granite counters and tile floors. There is central air in the unit so you can stay cool on those hot beach days. The convenience of being steps from the beach can't be stressed enough - such easy access. If you want to head out for dining or entertainment that is also just a few steps away - head down to the Casino Ballroom and catch a show, it's only 2 blocks away, or take in the arcades and grab an ice cream - the choices are endless. All bed linens and towels are provided, and a washer and dryer are located in the entry way for your convenience. brWe supply boogie boards, an assortment of beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs, blankets, towels and a cooler, everything you need for the beach!br The first floor offers a spacious open floor plan with a full eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, and half bath. The kitchen opens out to a porch facing the ocean for quiet morning coffee and through the living room is another porch with gorgeous sunset views of the marsh. brUpstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a beautiful view. The large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, walk in closet and full on-suite bath with double sinks in addition to sparkling ocean views. The back bedroom sleeps two in it’s queen size bed, and has private access to a back porch with serene sunset views of the marshes. Across the hall from the back bedroom there is another full bath, and a spiral staircase leading to the loft area. We supply Pillows, Comforters, Blankets, you bring sheets/towels. Large ¾ bath, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, Krupps -coffee pot, mini fridge and serving utensils. Also equipped with Flat screen TV, WiFi and AC to complement your stay. Enjoy coffee on the balcony which faces east for the morning sun and you can hear the surf. Or come down to the patio which is set up with tables and chairs . There is a gas BBQ grill for guests to use downstairs, (just be considerate and turn off and clean after use). Enjoy the heated built-in pool with whirlpool which is perfect for those times when you just want to cool off. Pack light, we have a coin-op laundry room onsite. Our carport is small and tight, we can accommodate parking for 1 compact vehicle, otherwise pay to park is available across the street.brWe take pride in providing clean, friendly, and comfortable accommodations for those who vacation with us. Our units may not be waterfront nor have water views, but all are within either ½ or 1 block of the boardwalk. People friendly properties for those who want to enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer, at the same time be able to have a relaxing experience. This results in guests returning year after year.brOur units are privately owned Condominiums and are not a hotel, so we do not offer daily maid service. We do provide our guests with Linens and towels for the number of guests who have booked with us.
