What a great location right on the Lake yet close to anything you need in Gilford. Six kids loved the beach and dock so much, we decided to skip Santa’s Village a day and take the M/V Mount Washington from Weirs Beach to Wolfeboro instead. Plenty of space, bedding, etc. for 3 generations to stay there. Host was amazingly quick with responses to questions!

This is the fourth time we stayed at this home and we had a wonderful week. Things were clean and the property well kept. Also the owner was receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had. The vacation was perfect and the lake front beach was enjoyed by all!

This was our third time staying at this property and it was wonderful as always. There were plenty of beds for people to sleep comfortably. The beach was beautiful. The first floor having a bedroom , bathroom, and kitchen was great for our family member with mobility issues. The neighbors were also super nice. We will definitely be booking again.

Great property!

Perfect place for a large family get together!! Beautiful in the fall but would love to come back in the summer! Amazing spot on the lake! Spacious and clean! Michael was quick to respond and the home was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed!! We hope to be back again in the future!! :)

Great lakefront stay. Easy access to surrounding amenities. Hiking, boating, laughs..all good!

We had a lovely stay here--the waterfront and sandy beach can't be beat, and it's super close to restaurants and the more busy towns of Gilford/Laconia/Meredith. The house is huge and has a quirky layout but worked well for our small family group of 5 for this visit. It was nice having access to beach toys for our kiddo as well as canoes/kayaks although we didn't know ahead of time to bring our own life jackets and the paddles/oars had already gotten packed away for the season for our September visit, so we probably would have used them more had we known to prepare! I noticed that some furniture had been changed since the photos in the listing but that didn't make a difference to us. The beds were quite comfortable with plenty of linens, towels, etc. Multiple king beds in one place is a huge plus. Larger groups may want to inquire for more details on sleeping arrangements since not every space is 100% private. And as is obvious through the description and pictures, there are lots of stairs between 4 floors and the beach, so that may be tougher for some older family members with limited mobility. Next time I might bring some room darkening window coverings or at least an eye mask so the kiddo doesn't wake up so early as some sleeping areas are very bright with skylights and huge windows with a beautiful view! Michael was super quick to respond to any messages and we appreciated flexibility on check in/out times. Hope to come back again! The location is a gem for sure.

Had a great week with the family. Kids swam daily at the private beach on our doorstep. Owner gave access to kayaks and all beach toys. Located close to restaurants and activities. There are 12 of us and the house was plenty big for all 3 families.

This was our second time staying here and had another wonderful vacation. We spent every day on the private beach swimming, floating, and fishing and took short boat trips to Naswa Resort for dinner and Weirs Beach. Ended the nights with campfires. Great for all ages! The beds are comfortable and numerous, with a good amount of beds larger than twin. The 3rd floor living room has sky lights, so I just suggest eye masks if you sleep in that room. The two washer/dryers are life savers. For all the amenities, I feel it is reasonably priced. Thank you again for sharing this great property!

Our family had the best week here! Everything was perfect, plenty of room for everyone. Michael was friendly and quick to respond to any question we had. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

Phenomenal vacation stay! Very pleased with the rental and host was very responsive/accommodating. Would definitely book here again and recommend to others looking for a place to suit various age groups (Infant to Seniors). There is a 1st floor bedroom/minimal stairs to access lake), a sandy beach area with walk in lake access, which is a plus for families with young children, special needs, elderly. Exactly as advertised, and the host provided wonderful outdoor water activities for kids/teens. We were also able to dock our boat rental which was convenient. The water play pad, kids tube, and kid/adult kayaks/canoe made the trip! A first time experience that provided great memories for the kids. Everyone was able to have plenty of space and work remote without being disturbed. Neighbor was friendly and informative on local lake conditions and safety. The host is very responsive and kind with communication. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk outside and go to the water on those 90 degree days were ideal. We also enjoyed being able to dock our boats and jet-ski with ease. The inside was great with most guests being able to stay in a bedroom and the three refrigerators and other kitchen amenities made it easy for us to cook and store all of our food and drinks.

Great location, great space for all of my family and extended family.
