The main floor boasts a beautiful great room, a full bath, and 2 bedrooms; one queen bedroom with a twin bed added and another room with one queen bed. In the lower level of the cabin, you'll find one large bedroom with a queen bed and a bonus room furnished with a queen and a twin bed. The lower level also has a bar, full bathroom and a spacious living area with a television – big enough to entertain the entire family.brbrThe additional bunkhouse includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area. This separate cabin is located over the garage and connected to the main cabin by a walkway. It is approximately 100 feet from the main cabin and provides privacy and/or additional sleeping capacity. brbrThe premier feature of this cabin is the Amish style Great Room with massive panoramic windows and a gas fireplace. This area naturally draws attention and conversation, while avoiding the distraction of TVs to allow for quality time with the people you came to enjoy. A property built for fun, there is a large deck overlooking the lake, a dock great for fishing and water activities, and a gazebo with a picnic table and firepit.brbrA unique property with privacy, lakefront access, and fantastic views, the Georgetown Lake Retreat Boathouse is not ideal for families with small children that would stay in the lower level separately as the main and lower levels are not connected with stairs.brbrThere are three separate spaces with exterior access:br-The main level features an open concept living room and kitchen, primary bedroom, full bathroom, and large deck overlooking the lake.br-The lower level features the hotel room with two queen beds, kitchenette, and full bathroom.br-The lower level also features the game room--a garage space converted to include a leather king-sized sleeper sofa, poker table for 6, and a utility room with urinal + sinkbrbrDown at the waterfront we have a dock with bench and a gazebo with fire pit and picnic table for fun from morning to evening.brbrPlease note that the main level and lower levels are not connected with stairs, and in the winter the walk down to the lower level, the gazebo, and lake can be snowy and slippery.

The daylight basement has another two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry and large family room. brbrEnjoy a 2 minute walk down the hill to the lake (less on a snowmobile) via the common area. A public boat launch is found within 5 minutes drive for those getting out on the water, and lake access for the cabin with dock is available at the common area. After a day of exploring what Georgetown Lake, Anaconda and Philipsburg have to offer, you can prepare your own meals with the propane BBQ or in a fully equipped kitchen, share conversation around the cozy fireplaces, or relax watching a video (now equipped with DirecTV and wireless internet).
