So much space upstairs and downstairs as well as the two car garage and backyard.brOther things to notebrWe are currently renovating the inside with small upgrades for rooms and beds so many of the pictures are outdated to the level of upgrade and fun in the property! We are homeowners in the area. We rent a lot through Vrbo and share our spaces as well. This home is something special. It's a cozy, quiet neighborhood, you'll instantly feel at home and love how much indoor and outdoor space it has for you and your guests.brbrThe property is situated on a hill, the driveway is a bit in a steeper side.brbrWe cut the grass during the months needed but do not shovel the snow or do any snow services but do provide shovels in the garage.brbrThe property water runs in well water. We have a very expensive system that softens and filters the water and we keep it up to date with all testings. The well water sometimes has iron, which isn't dangerous but can sometimes (very seldom) have a smell and stain orangish in certain colors. (We just got an iron filter and no longer should this be an issue) The towels, sheets and laundry may have that but everything is bleached and extremely clean still.brbrFor winters, we can help you arrange curated trusted snow plowers for the drive way. We do not cover that fee and it can range from $50-75 per plow. We do not add that fee on to each reservation as it is a need by need basis and again do not cover that fee for guests unless they need it to arrive to the house from a major snowfall. We provide several shovels and often salt but cannot guarantee if a guest doesn't mention its low before the next rental. Please make us aware if any shovels are broke or salt is needed.
