Lake City's renowned county park is only a short stroll down the beach with beach volleyball, playground equipment, boardwalk, and county historical museum and campgrounds. This neighborhood is the most sought-after on Lake Missaukee because of its great location to town, parks, and local attractions and festivals. The Greatest Fourth in the North, car show in August, and the Festival of Pines in September. This is a perfect spot for multi-generational families with a first-floor master, a large master bath, and a view of the lake.
