This home is a beautiful retreat on Lake Missaukee, which is a sandy, all-sports lake, perfect for kids of all ages. Lake Missaukee is the most desirable vacation destination for families because of its shallow, clear, and sandy bottom. The variety of water sports is unlimited. Enjoy sailing, water skiing, fishing, or relaxing on the hammock overlooking the lake. Our family has been staying here for four generations and we want to share some of that joy and memories with you! You won't needto get into your car all week. A quick 3 block walk into town will bring you to restaurants, ice cream shops, City Park Amphitheater with music in the park on Thursdays, and the new city fishing and boat dock. Lake City's renowned county park is only a short stroll down the beach with beach volleyball, playground equipment, boardwalk, and county historical museum and campgrounds. This neighborhood is the most sought-after on Lake Missaukee because of its great location to town, parks, and local attractions and festivals. The Greatest Fourth in the North, car show in August, and the Festival of Pines in September. This is a perfect spot for multi-generational families with a first-floor master, a large master bath, and a view of the lake. Upstairs there is an additional family room and TV for movies nights when you can't agree on one movie for the whole family. Send the little ones upstairs and enjoy a card game around the large dining table with your older crew. This house is perfect for every age from grandparents to brand new babies. Swing on the hammock, play yard games and work on your tan at this beautiful home!

- Nearby activities include shopping, restaurants, tennis, volleyball, and golf. Traverse City is a 50-minute drive with a number of restaurants, breweries, wineries, and a shopping mall

Arrival and Departure: During the peak summer months (End of May - Beginning of September) renters may only book a minimum of seven days. Check-in will be on Saturdays. Check-in is at 4:00 and check-out is 10:00.

Payment in full at time of booking. The owner will mail the rental contract and will need to be filled out and mailed back or the week could be canceled. The owner will sign it and mail you back copy.
