Fabulous Beach House on All Sports Lake Sapphire! Sleeps 12 and Parking for 12!

Wonderful beach cottage! Stayed with our grown children and our grandchildren. The cottage was fully stocked and we enjoyed all of the outdoor amenities. We will return!

Jean responded quickly to questions we had prior to our arrival and provided recommendations for area services, etc. Check-in was seamless. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the beach and lake…peaceful and quiet, and well-equipped w/paddleboard, kayaks, pedal boats—-all of which we enjoyed. Easy access to Cadillac, Traverse City, Lake MI and Sleeping Bear Dunes. We’re already missing the call of the loons!

The beach house was great. The extra amenities give the stay that personal touch. We used the canoes and kayaks every day. Plenty of things to do from ages 3 to 68. Location was great, quiet but close enough to larger cities for day trips. Overall stay, was perfect for what we were looking for.

We stayed here for a week with my family and extended family is a really nice place, cosy with 4 rooms and plenty of space, many of the accommodations are very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. The quality of the utensils and pans in the kitchen are very good. The host is a very nice person. She accommodated us with coffee s'mores equipment and beverages on arrival which was very kind. The beach is a nice soft, sandy beach. She provides with all the amenities that you'd want at a lake house rental with canoes, water toys, things for the kids to play with ect. .. .football. We did go in the fourth of july weekend and we were expecting some disturbance from this, but unfortunately, we did have one neighborhood who kept on shooting on fireworks even days after the 4th of july. Of course, we found out that there is no noise ordinance in the area, no quiet hours and they could keep on shooting fireworks till midnight with no repercussion from the local authorities. I did speak to the authorities and they said, there's no law against being rude. So it was unfortunate we had some rude neighbors during our stay, but eventually they left towards to the end of our staying and then it was nice and quiet and relaxing, finally. Implementation of quiet hours and noise rules for the community would do this community a great favor.

Loved our week stay on Sapphire Lake. The cottage was very roomy and our host, Jean was wonderful to work with! The kitchen has lots of very nice pots and pans as well as plenty of dishes for large groups. Plenty of bath and beach towels are provided. The Welcome basket and S’mores were a really nice surprise. Loved having access to the kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, and paddle board. We had beautiful weather to enjoy the sandy beach and caught several large fish off the dock. The wraparound deck was very nice and we enjoyed watching the sunset. Ended our evening playing one of the many games Jean has provided. Thanks to Jean for providing this great cottage for our enjoyment! So many laughs and great memories!

Great stay, as always!! Kids had great fun at the beach, dock and paddle boards.

We loved our stay at this cottage. The host provided all the supplies we needed and more. The owner’s attention to detail was evident. The house was very clean and it felt like home. We had a lot of fun at the beach and enjoyed all the beach equipment that was provided. All the cooking and dining equipment was provided and much appreciated, as we love to cook. We also enjoyed the two fire pits and the sunsets are amazing. We will come back.

We rented the house for a family reunion following my mother’s memorial. A lovely week relaxing at the lake and reminiscing with relatives who live in the area! The house was ready earlier than expected on the day of arrival, a gesture which was greatly appreciated! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay from evening #1. Thank you for all you did to make our week so special!

We gathered all our children from 3 different locations here for a fabulous week. Ages from almost 2-74! House was so comfortable & Jean has everything! Beds were comfortable, kitchen outfitted with everything needed to feed a gang of 12-14 at times❤️Great beach especially for little ones. Lots of beach toys and kayaks, canoe and pedsl boats. Great stay

The house was spacious and clean and the deck and beach were perfect. Jean was an amazing host. I will be keeping it in mind for future trips.

We had a wonderful week at Sapphire Lake. The cottage was very nice. Jean is very nice and quick to respond. The only minor issue we had was that there wasn't enough room at the table in the dining room for the 9 of us to eat together. There is a nice patio set on the deck right outside the dining area that seats 4 so everyone has a spot to eat.

Our family had a fantastic, fun vacation at your lake house. The grandkids (11, 8 & 6) loved the sand beach and the shallow sand bottom of Lake Sapphire. We all enjoyed using the paddle boards, kayaks and canoe. Having the firewood supplied made it easy to also enjoy both firepits. The shed had plenty of beach toys for the kids to play with. It was nice for the older adults (us) to have folding chairs to sit on rather than just Adirondack chairs. Your home was very nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and pantry had everything you could possibly need. All of your special touches, greeting note and welcome basket were much appreciated! As a host Jean, you are at the top of the list of the VRBO properties where we've stayed!

We loved our stay at this home. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen and bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed eating on the deck for almost every meal and watching the lake. The kids loved playing in the water and we all enjoyed the canoes, kayaks, and paddleboard. Sitting by the lake in the shade while the kids played was delightful. Great week!

Third year in a row we had a wonderful time on Sapphire Lake! As always the kids, and parents, had a blast at the beach and on the watercraft, particularly the paddle board. The house has all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay.
