Two brand new bathrooms with polished floors and tiled showers.The kitchen got a nice face lift with quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. Every light fixture and fan in the whole house was upgraded. The backyard boasts a brand new Weber grill this summer. It is fully stocked with very nice linens, towels and mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meal or just relax with a glass of wine. You can have a great cookout with the gas grill and eat outside on the deck. You can build a fire in the firepit this summer with wood provided and roast hotdogs and marshmallows with the kids. The shed has everything you need for a fun day at the lake including beach chairs, a beach wagon, multiple floating swim devices and cooler bags to pack a picnic lunch as well as chairs to sit around the fire pit.
