Stunning 3 Bedroom Condo - Family Friendly, Bikes Included

Great space and great location! This is a beautiful, comfortable, and clean home that was in walking distance to everything Grand Haven had to offer.

Great property, one of the best we have stayed in. The owner thought of everything and we did not have to think of anything. Having bikes and beach equipment available was great. Condo was amazing.

Very SMART home!

Wonderful!! Convenient to downtown shops & dining, as well as the boardwalk area, but nicely out of the way of the hustle and bustle. The host was very responsive. Loved the extras - bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, and parking in the garage. Note that the master and second bedrooms are up on the top level, the living & kitchen areas are on the 2nd floor, and the bunk bedroom is on the ground floor, so there is a bit of stair-climbing involved for guests. This was our first visit to the area, and we would definitely check into staying here again for a future visit!

This was a great place! Clean, awesome location, loved the house features, etc. I wish the bunk room was upstairs (harder with young kids) but would be great for older kids!

The stay that we were provided was one of the best VRBO’s we have been too. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Beautiful condo, neat and clean and had everything we needed and then some. The bikes were nice for daily rides to the boardwalk and beach. Would def reccomend this VRBO

Our family enjoys an annual beach vacation in Grand Haven and we often stay at Portside Quarters which is comfortable and convenient during our stay.

This was our first trip to Michigan and we lucked out finding this awesome place to stay. It was convenient location to everything we wanted to do and the amenities were great. Tom was very responsive and takes very good care of this property. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, spacious, modern condo in a quiet area of Grand Haven. Attending my son’s wedding with godparents, perfect location for wedding activities in Grand Haven- so close to everything. Slept like a baby in comfortable beds. Located at the beginning of the bike trail with bikes available for everyone!

This was our 3rd trip to Grand Haven and this was by far our favorite condo! Loved all of the Smart conveniences and well appointed rooms. Tom was a perfect host, provided tons of info up front and was very quick to respond!

The Condo was lovely. Clean. It had all the things for a comfortable stay including towels, hair dryer, toilet paper. The kitchen had everything needed. The bikes available were a fun extra. Would love to stay there again in future.

Place was clean and as advertised. Great location. Loved the bikes! Not a lot of “living” space, but it was fine since we were out and about a lot. Would recommend!

My family has been visiting Grand Haven for 10 years. This was our 9th Mother’s Day spent in this wonderful city. This is our favorite place that we’ve stayed in so far. It was absolutely perfect! We loved how organized and clean it was. The location is great. We even were able to use the bikes to ride around in town.

This was a great place walking distance to everything.

Great space and even better hosts. Easy walk to Grand Haven main-street or a quick drive to Hoffmaster State Park. We didn't take advantage of the bikes, but they would be a great way to get to the beach in the summer.
