The large rooftop deck is just steps out the front door, with plenty of seating, and a tiki bar and palm tree! The view from the house, porch, and deck are unbelievable! You can tie your boat to the mooring ball at the end of the dock or bring or rent kayaks to explore the lake. There are nearby boat rentals with paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, pontoon and ski boats. It is a five minute drive or bike ride to downtown Boyne City, a premier Main Street Community, where you can enjoy the many small town festivities, concerts, farmers market, restaurants, or Stroll the Streets on Friday nights. Drive 6 miles to Boyne Mountain resort and spa, with world class golf, water park, and skiing, or just 45 minutes to catch the ferry to Mackinaw Island for the day, or check out the historic and quaint Ironton Ferry, just 7 miles down the lake and a shortcut to the beautiful town of Charlevoix! This family cottage is complete with all the comforts and conveniences you will need, a well-stocked kitchen with everything required for cooking and dining as well as a gas grill and patio tables for barbecuing. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other has a queen bed and a twin bed with a private half bath. There is a full bath between the 2 bedrooms with a large walk-in shower and lots of vanity space and storage. The living room has plenty of seating with amazing views of the lake, the dining table seats 6, and there is a sun/family room with an extra table and seating area, and a queen size sofa bed. The kitchen, dining room and sun room also have unbelievable views of Lake Charlevoix. There is a washer and drier and we provide plenty of linens and towels, and paper products to start you out. If you rent for ski season, keep your car warm and dry in our attached 2 car garage, with lots of room for skis, boots, and equipment. We are only 15 minutes from Boyne Mountain, and minutes away from several cross country ski trails. All you need are your clothes and food for a week of relaxation and fun, or a season of skiing!

Our lovely 2700 sq. ft. , two story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 13 with free WI-FI. After we purchased our home in 2016 we updated all of the rooms. The house is a short 3 block walk to BC restaurants and shops and also a 3 block walk to Peninsula Beach public access for swimming or simply lounging on the beach. The house has been a very popular choice for families attending Weddings at Castle Farms, which is a short 25 minute drive away. The kitchen has all new stainless-steel appliances, the laundry room has a new washer and dryer, the master bedroom has beautiful new cottage style white furniture and the larger upstairs bedroom has 3 new full-size log style beds, a log dresser and nightstands as well. Our fenced backyard has a raised deck with patio table and 4 chairs while the lower paver patio has a propane grill, fire pit with 4 chairs. Basement was completely remodeled during winter of 2017 and includes a 50 flat screen TV and couch for TV watching, full size second refrigerator, professional grade pool table, foosball table and ping-pong table to entertain. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the swing on the front covered porch or on one of the Adirondack chairs. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway on Park Street plus 4 additional cars or two boat trailers can be parked in the driveway off the alley in back yard. Downtown Boyne City's amazing restaurants and shopping are only a few blocks' walk from the house. And, we are 3 short blocks from Peninsula Beach, a lovely public beach with a playground, facilities and picnic tables. If you're a boater, you'll love Lake Charlevoix!
