Meticulously maintained 1 bedroom condo is just 135 steps to 7 miles of sandy beach. Close enough to walk to Old Orchard pier and amuzements yet far enough away to offer a peaceful escape. Condo was completely renovated in 2022 with new kitchen, flooring, painiting, and furniture. A new bathroom was installed in 2023. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch in the living room, and full bath with a tub-shower combo. There is also an outside shower and parking for one vehicle.
