The cottage is approximately 600 s.f. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Two Twin size beds. Tasteful and clean quilts and Pillows in both bedrooms. Blankets, quilts and pillows provided PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LINENS (sheets and towels) or contact Cottage Linens, Inc based out of Kennebunkport, ME (we are unable to add contact information due to VRBO security reasons) for delivery and pickup service. One Bathroom (no tub, but does have handheld sprayer). Available for 5 (including children). We suggest no more than 4 adults for your comfort. The Living room contains a sofa sleeper. CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING / Heat, fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dining for 4 inside or outside), gas grill, FREE WASHER and DRYER, flat screen TV, Cable, DVD player, WIFI, smoke-free, pet-free, parking in driveway. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Town is less than 1 mile with sidewalk. Ogunquit Trolley stop just feet away (in season) to bring you to all that the area has to offer (no driving around searching for parking). Cleaning service is included in the price, although extensive messes or damage will be deducted from security deposit.
