We have a 3 season room on the first floor which has a sofa bed for extra guests to sleep. What makes the cottage extra special is our outdoor living areas which present many opportunities to be outside in comfort enjoying all of what nature has to offer. In the rear area of the house we have an outcrop of huge boulders with the rock formation climbing to 400 feet. This is great climbing although it is some difficult terrain. Whether you are up for a hiking adventure or just want to relax and soak up the magnificent rock formation literally out your back door, this is a lovely spot. On the side yard is the sunset patio. The view of Hosmer Pond is absolutely beautiful and mountain ride behind it. The moon shining over the water is another special treat to make your stay even more amazing! Additionally there is a 250 sq ft deck with a grill perfect for entertaining where you and your company can enjoy views of the water, listen to the peaceful sounds of frog croaks and loon cries.
