This 1 bedroom cabin offers a king sized bed and 1 full bathroom with beautifully updated tiled shower. Downtown Chattanooga is just 30 minutes away!! Chattanooga has a great restaurant scene and has some amazing attractions like Ruby Falls, Rock City and the Tennessee Aquarium.brbrHome Layout & Details:brWhen entering the front door of our cabin the kitchen is on the left and a dining table with seating for 4 is on the right. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to make a meal during your stay; Pots, pans, plate-ware, dish-ware, drink-ware, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. Straight ahead is the king bedroom that has a smart TV as well as a full bathroom with a large standing shower. Head upstairs to the living quarters where you will find plenty of seating for 4 and a twin trundle bed adjacent from the smart TV. One of our favorite things is the cozy book nook which is our favorite place to unwind and relax for some quiet time. brbrThings to know: br1. Dogs: This property is dog-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. br2. There is another cabin on the opposite side of the property. Guests in that cabin do not have access to this cabin or its surrounding areas.br3. The upstairs loft is not suitable for young children due to the steep staircase.br4. The cabin is located on a hillside below White Oak Gap Road, so you may hear some road noise through the trees during your stay.br5. This property is under camera surveillance and has exterior cameras facing the driveway. brbrHOT TUB:brHot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Welcome to Hideaway Lodge!brThis beautiful rustic 2 BED 1 BATH cabin can comfortably sleep 6 people and boasts an open concept living room and kitchen with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Experience nature and tranquility while soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the front porch with your morning coffee. Gather around the campfire and hammock while grilling out! Located in Trenton, Georgia, it's only 30 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga which has lots of restaurants and attractions to see!! brbrHome Layout:brWhen entering the cabin, the open concept living room and fully stocked kitchen is on left and the the bedroom with a king bed is on the right. There is no dishwasher, but we provide a drying rack, dish soap, and towels. The large stairway in the middle of the room goes up to the second bedroom which is an open concept loft space that has 2 queen beds and a private balcony. Down by the kitchen, there is a dining table with seating for 6 and a bathroom with a standing shower and a jacuzzi bath tub. Right next to the bathroom is the laundry area with a large washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. The living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and 2 comfy couches. There is also a large smart TV in the master bedroom downstairs. There is no Cable TV - smart TVs allow for streaming movies and shows by logging in with your own apps. brbrThings you need to know: br1. This property is dog-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.br2. There is another cabin on the opposite side of the property. Guests in that cabin do not have access to this cabin or its surrounding areas.br3. The upstairs loft is not suitable for young children due to the steep staircase leading up to the loft.br4. The cabin is located on a hillside below White Oak Gap Road, so you may hear some road noise through the trees during your stay.br5. There are security cameras on the exterior of the cabin facing the driveway.brbrHOT TUB:brHot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, ample storage and meal prep space, and an island for entertaining. The adjoining great room features a cozy fireplace, comfy sofas, and a flat-screen TV, making it the ideal spot to gather for festivities or to simply kick back and relax after a long day of celebrations. Adjoining the great room is a dining area, followed by a comfy and relaxing sunroom with a gas heater for snuggling on extra cold evenings. Inside you can enjoy the two living spaces and all the board games this property provides. brbrOur Favorite Things About This Home:brFrom the charming and vibrant aqua door that greets you upon entering this beautiful retreat, to the breath-taking backyard space, there is so much that we love about this property! The gigantic blue chair outside is a great addition to this property and will make for some awesome photos with your loved ones. The kitchen is sure to meet all of your needs during your stay, as well as the comfortable living area with a large sectional couch, and the second living space that includes a PacMan Arcade Game! There are five TV's in total in this home, one in each living area, and in three of the bedrooms. This home is very family friednly and offers 2 pack n'plays and a high chair. Please note: The lake in the aerial photos is on private property. Interstate I-24 is a quarter mile away and you will road noise outside. There are noise machines and ear buds that we happily provide during your stay! There is a cemetery nearby which makes for a quiet friendly neighborhood.brbrHome Layout:brAs you enter the home, the entryway brings you to the base of the stairs. To the left is the living area with a television and large sectional couch. To the right is the Master bedroom with a King bed, full bathroom and double sink vanity. Back through the living room, you will enter the kitchen and see the large dining room table with bench-style seating, and the laundry room and half bathroom just off of this space. From the kitchen, is access to the backyard where you'll find the shaded patio, porch seating, grill, and fire pit. As you make your way upstairs, you'll find the second comfortable living space at the top of the landing. Here you will find the PacMan Arcade Game, and access the rest of the bedrooms. The bedroom closest to the stairway has a King bed, the far left bedroom has 3 twin-sized beds, and the bedroom to the right of the stairs has two queen beds. The large closet in this bedroom also has a twin trundle bed. With our accommodations and careful attention to detail, you are sure to feel at home during your stay at Lake Hills Landing!brbrThings to Know About The Property:br1. Location: This spacious home is located in a very quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from Downtown Trenton, GA or 25 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, TN. This property is on a 1 acre corner lot.br2. In the winter you may hear the road noise while outside because Interstate I-24 is a quarter mile away. There are noise machines and ear buds that we happily provide during your stay! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster.
